My love of photography came at an early age. I was seven when my Grandparents allowed me to use their Kodak Browie to photograph my stuffed animals and sometimes even them. After many years, I find myself still doing the one thing that I have always loved best, photographing people and occasionally, a four-footed friend. Always have I instinctively photographed people in hopes of portraying their unique beauty and perhaps, some of the story of their lives. This, and a background in fine art photography is what had lead me to create Dreaming Tree Studios.

My photographic style has been described as romantic, dreamy, artistic, and sometimes documentary. All I would say are fair but, my goal, no matter who I am photographing, is to capture those moments we too soon forget and to tell a story through the pictures. And also, to have fun! ~Heather
